This cast iron pan is one of the best I’ve ever used. The construction of this pan is 100% solid and heavy. I like how the grill grates are deep allowing for a better sear. It weighs 10 pounds and you can definitely see why it does. It is a thick cast iron that allows for better heat distribution and steady heat through out the pan.
