Very pretty and soft quilt. Not super generous in size but adequate enough to cover my super deep king mattress on both sides. I put it on my bed without washing, and my husband claimed he killed two silverwigs from it. It was sealed in plastic, and had a nice drawstring bag, so I am not sure it was coincidence or actually from the quilt. However, the reason I am adding this- I washed it according to instructions, and it washed and dried beautifully. When I was putting it back on my bed, I realized that I had left the second sham in the washing machine. I nearly panicked, because the following load was our “junk” towels, that I had washed on hot with bleach. I trepidatiously went to the machine thinking it was ruined, but to my surprise it faired very well. I can’t tell that it faded at all, and held up fine. I am relieved to say the least. We do have rambunctious dogs, so it is good to know that way in the future that when it is beyond any help of stain removers bleaching it to prolong its life is an option. I do recommend!. Keri.
