All in all, a great product. The only reason I took off a star is because my husband and my father had to bend the metal prongs to make it fit in the slots on the footboard. I am Guessing this is a manufacturing glitch bc it seems that other customers had the same problem. However, i remembered reading a review that mentioned having to bend the metal. Once we did this, the bars fit in perfectly. Other customers also mentioned a gap between the mattress and the headboard, but I did not notice this problem . Our mattress fits flush against the headboard (perhaps it has to do with the type of mattress you purchase) I am super happy with the final product!
