I liked the curtains but the room darkening feature resulted in them having a bluish tint to the background color, instead of the ivory color shown in the picture. Since I also bought a matching valence that was in the regular material, and looked as shown in the picture, the tones did not match. So, I tried to return them. Unfortunately, the return policy is very short, only 30 days. I tried to exchange them but it was a week or so past 30 days and they would not even give me the option to exchange. I wanted the same print but in the sheer or regular material instead. I was even willing to return them and wait for them to send me the replacement until they confirmed the return but they would not budge. The service representative was extremely kind and even offered me a discount on the curtains I wanted to exchange for but I didn't want to "eat" the cost of the ones I already purchased. So, I kept them but the colors of the curtains and valence do not really match. I have been pleased with all of the other products I have purchased from Wayfair; it is unfortunate that there is not a return, or even an exchange policy, for beyond 30 days. I would have even accepted an 80% refund to put toward the ones I wanted to exchange for. I hope Wayfair will consider extending their return policy to 60 days, or at least add some alternative options for after the 30 days especially if it is for an exchange and not a 100% return.
