I had reviewed another case I believe from same manufacturer. It was all silver with chrome accents and almost identical locks. It longer, wider but thinner, clam design which opened in half. See that review if considering that case. I gave that case 4 stars for my uses. Now to this case... (see photos for reference) First appearance. This case while seemingly the same material is different in several areas. It is more attractive in appearance. Mostly being a textured, flat black finish, with gloss black accents as well as chrome. As mentioned previously, locks are basically the same, just placed differently due to basic design. While this case would still serve very compact models of guns, I feel the other case or other cases would serve this use better. I intend to use thus for larger main stream conventional pistols in Automatics or robust Revolvers such as 9mm Glocks .40 cal pistols my 1911 .45 cal etc. Together with accessories ammo in extra clips, removed. And extra fast load cylinders for heavy revolvers such as conventional .45, .44 or even truck block busting .50 cal plus optics etc. This cas will easily fit 4 large arms of these types and keep them protected completely without any single part making contact with another. With the tight fitting foam fingers whi l.j e staying soft and compressible foam and coming together so closely, will keep all in place.
