This foundation was shipped very quickly. It was packaged nicely. I recommend two or more people to lift. It was VERY heavy. Putting it together was a breeze. Very simple. Probably best for two people though. Also I would HIGHLY recommend an electric drill to screw in the screws. There are many screws you would have to manually turn and screw in. We used our electric drill and it didn't take any time at all. This foundation is the best one I've ever had. It's built better than any of the ones I've ever gotten from a name brand store. At the time of writing this, I don't think that there is a review for this frame yet. I purchased the full sized frame. Shipping came quicker than anticipated. I'm glad I purchased a metal bunkie board rather than a wooden one. The material is extremely strong and well built. Everything fit together perfectly and it was very easy to put together. It is heavy - because it is heavy duty. You get what you pay for, and while this frame may be more expensive than others, it is completely worth it. I couldn't be happier as I was going to use this for my daughters bed. I feel completely confident that frame is going to last for a very long time.
