It's not great quality, and it's a bit sketchy the way the slats lay on the center thing, but it works for our 9 year old son! It is beautiful and feels heavy and stable. It does not squeak or move around. I placed the bed on the carpet and the drawers still move in and out easily. Drawers are made of solid wood. I have had other similar beds where the drawers are made of plastic. I am glad that I paid someone to install it because it took a pro more than an hour. Beautiful bed frame! Love the velcro lights that way I can adjust the location of them and not the sticky ones where I will mess up the first time. Took a while to assemble but Im impressed. I would definitely like to say you should order extra parts because ones its over the warranty period they will say too much time has passed and it can no longer be warrantied it happened with a last bed frame I got.
