It is a good dresser for the money, but don't expect anything more. I decided to leave off the feet (saves cleaning underneath) and it comes fully assembled except for the feet. It is pretty heavy (well over 100 pounds), so not easy to put on the feet unless you have two strong people and room to lay it on its back. I'm not sure, but that may cause the drawer issue, but I don't think so. The drawers open and close easily, but when closing have to be pushed in the last 1/4" to be flush with the front of the dresser.
