I absolutely love this sectional! The color is beautiful in person, the fabric is soft, and the couch is really comfortable. I especially love the movable ottomans—I can easily change the setup depending on whether we’re lounging, having a movie night, or want more open space. My only issue was assembly. The instructions are universal for several of their couches instead of specific to this model, so it was confusing at first. I assembled part of it incorrectly and had to undo about 30 minutes of screwing. Tip Open ALL the boxes first and make sure you have all the pieces and hardware before starting.. Anonymous. This modular sectional came in eight boxes, which we expected. I love putting things together, so assembling this sectional was pretty fun for me. I gave it four stars for two reasons: 1) The legs on this are plastic, not wood. 2) It is not very comfortable. Also, if you are expecting this couch to be grey, it’s not. It’s more of a dark navy - which is exactly what we wanted. Since it’s a basement couch for us, we couldn’t beat the price, the quick delivery, the quick assembly, and it looks really nice!. Love my sectional. I was a little worried when people in the reviews said it was hard. Not hard at all. It was stiff as it is new but it will break in with time. We have had it up a couple of days still loving it. One thing it suggested when it arrives take and open all your sear and back cushions a day or two before you plan on setting it up so they can completely expane.. Marlena. La Porte, TX.
