Worked perfectly for our project. Had to get a floor flange from Lowe’s and my husband had to screw it into the concrete through the carpet. I’m sure for outdoor use, you just have to bury it a little bit. It is very sturdy and a little larger diameter than I imagined. It was easy to install however the instructions did not match this actual track rollers. Smooth quiet rolling and low profile.
