Nice mattress neatly packaged which makes for easy maneuvering. It’s been a couple of days and mattress hasn’t fully reached its maximum stature. It’s firm but comfortable. Prior to this mattress, I had the Wayfair Sleep Plush 13" mattress. I loved it. I decided to try a firmer mattress and this is definitely firmer. I would say I preferred my previous mattress based on the medium-softness of it. This one is very very firm. However, after a week, it has gotten more comfortable. Love this mattress in a bag. It’s got an innerspring that gives it a better form than mattresses without (like pure memory foam). It’s perfect if you’re using it on a daybed or trundle that doubles up as a sofa. I previously had a softplush memory foam for our daybed. And while it’s so plush, you feel like you’re going to sink in it and it’s not great for a sofa function. Now while this mattress is firm, there’s a bounce to it, still giving it that plush feel but keeping its form. The stitching and quality of this mattress is great too. I highly recommend it!. Mattress is really good, I had good night sleep on it. The firmness was the best because of my bad back I took this, I have to say that I am sleeping good on it. The ONLY BIG problem is that it has a smell to it we (me and my wife) kept the fan on the mattress for two days so the smell will fed but no success, first night it was so bad that gave both of us headache.. I was nervous buying mattresses online, but after making sure of the model# I wanted, took a chance and ordered. Delivery was great! After scheduling the day, I received a voicemail + text that delivery people were on their way in a one-hour window (none of this stay home all day waiting!). They were there within 20 minutes, unloaded in a few. I didn't do white-glove but just the basic service and that was fine as I could place them in the bedrooms myself later when construction done. The mattresses came wrapped in heavy plastic. They arrived no damage that I could see right away. They are set up now, and so far this extra-firm model is very comfortable if you like extra firm.
