Beautiful set and seems very durable! It did arrive with some scratches on the armrests and some snags in the cushions. When assembling one of the chairs it was very difficult as every hole was misaligned and you could tell they drilled them incorrectly. We’ve been wanting this polywood set for some time. Received add on items 2 days after ordering, puzzled as to why this set was delayed 3+ weeks. Had an issue with a couple of pieces in the set with manufacturing defects, however, the Wayfair Professional Associate handled all of our issues. The associate assisting us ordering the covers for seating got the measurements perfect! Overall a happy experience using the Wayfair Professional team for the first time. Great chairs and table! Heavyweight, easy to clean, and attractive. And best of all, really comfortable. I thought the cushions would be stiff, but they are comfy. Yes, I do wish there was a better way to secure the cushions since I have a windy lanai. The bottom cushions (and those for the ottomans which I also got and recommend) have grommets, so I strung some rope through them and tied it around the legs, but the back cushions do not have that feature.. Easy to assemble , study and built to withstand the intense sun here in Florida. I bought 2 but 1 didn’t contain the s Rees, poly wood is sending them out within 3 days per representative.
