Extremely well built. Very good quality. Nice heavy duty plastic windows and screens all around. Directions could have been clearer, but we figured it out. Setup was not easy, but worth it. It is tall, roomy, breezy inside. It is absolutely just what we wanted without spending thousands more on a wood-frame custom gazebo. Bought this gray 8’x 50’ size panel to give us privacy as there is a seasonal campground in our back yard. Wooden fencing would have cost us 4times as much and the installation would have taken days. We love the room so far, now that is up. Assembly was a pain due to the unclear directions,unmarked parts,missing parts and damaged parts. Actual pictures of the parts and assembly would go a long way. I'm skilled at assembling stuff like this and with my sons had to disassemble things a few times before we got things so they appear to be correct. There were some filler panels that they sent too many of one and 1 short of another. I made it work. One roof rail was badly bent and twisted even though there was no real damage to packaging. Have realistic expectations when you buy one of these. I was quoted almost 30k for a 3 season room. I didn't think I was getting the same quality so I'm not disappointed with it. . John. The packaging of this patio enclosure was not securely closed and the box itself looked like it had seen better days. The clear tarp works well however the picture is different from what is shown in photos on the website. there were no black dividers along the length of the piece (it is just one solid piece, which is fine with me, it was just different than what was shown. the measurements were also confusing. the length and width measurement seemed to be switched in the purchasing options listed as 8feet wide and anywhere from 8, 16, 20 feet in height... I took a gamble that the measurements where reversed. thankfully I got an 8foot high, and 20 foot long patio enclosure. There was also no pull up cord with this "curtain" as it was shown. The awning is great so far. We have 12*10 size. We added this on our deck on vinyl sliding.. needed to find the stud and used ledger-lock instead of given screws ( as those can only be used in brick).. looks pretty solid, will have to see how it holds in wind..
