First this thing is huge compared to another portable ac I had- so please measure! It’s also very heavy and I had to lug it up a flight of stairs and would not have been able to do it myself. But man does it cool! I am in an upstairs bedroom that’s a finished attic with high ceilings and abt 426 sq feet and this cooled it down rather quickly.
