It's a great little cooler. I use it by my bedside table as my own personal fan but what I like is that, the humidifier feature of it adds moisture so I don't feel dried out the way a fan sometimes does. A couple things about the cooler - it is small and so is its range (the description says something like 22 sq feet) so it really only does only help me stay cool, it doesn't not help my gf on the other side of the bed. Because the tank is small, if I run it all night, which I've been doing, it is empty in the morning. So expect to fill this daily if you plan on running it for a significant amount of time. It does still cool without the water. It has 4 speeds so you can control how much air you get just by pushing the top button. It says it is also an air purifier but doesn't provide any specifications about the particle size it filters other than just saying "large" so I don't really expect it to be helping much with it given its size. I have an air purifier in my room so I'm not really concerned with that feature. It has a nice low blue light you can turn on and off with a click of the button at the top of the device. Filling the tank is easy, just lift the handle and pour tap it distilled water directly into the little hole. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. I purchased this to help keep me cool at night without drying me out and it does just that. I also like that its small and portable so I can take it with me when i visit family.. Katie.
