I love these! I ordered 2 of them because and it said I’d get them by Aug 4th. It didn’t happen that way…. But everything is delayed these days. The doors are well made and our builder was happy that they came ready to install. They had some little places where the paint chipped but they sent little bottles of touch up paint. Love them!. They must have improved the paint because I was nervous about some other comments I saw about the paint running off with the slightest bit of moisture (I think it was from a page of another version of this door from the same company) but the paint seems to be good exterior grade paint to me. I worked with Brandy, who helped me select and price this door. She was very helpful! After the purchase, it took several weeks for the door to arrive (4 to 8). The gents in charge of delivery called 30 minutes prior so that I could arrange to be home if I wanted. The door was shipped upright pallet style and had to be inspected within 48 hours of delivery. There were no issues with its condition upon arrival. We had a glazier install it in almost no time, 2 hours maybe. This time also included removal of the old door and installation of the hardware and trim. The hardware was purchased locally. The glass is safety rated and comes “fogged” for privacy. The door frames claims to be rot proof. There are special instructions for painting the trim. Overall, I am very pleased with this Wayfair experience.
