As a beginning canner I thought the directions were lacking. The canner works great and will get much use. I would suggest customers watch canning videos to learn proper procedures on use and safety before using. It would have more stars if directions were better. Just arrived and it huge ! I’m excited to try it , but it looks so nice with a solid pot , lid and tray with handles .
