So I took this sofa out of the package just yesterday so not sure if there will be any more expansion or if it’s fully expanded. It’s very soft and comfortable. It’s all a big spongefoam so there is no need to put it together at all. Now there was a rip on one of the sides, so I am going to try to sew it and hope there is no other tearing. This is exactly what Ive been looking for. This thing is heavy. 73 pounds in the delivery box. Triple wrapped in plastic to contain it. There is an obvious top and bottom so its easy to get into position before opening it. It inflated very quickly and does have that smell, which will probably take a week to fully dissipate. There is a anti slip texture on the bottom which means it very stable on the wood floor. The dogs already love it. The white sofa is exactly as pictured. There are some very interesting things happening with compression these days. This came in a box that makes it look like a big mistake, but it’s a trust the process moment. Once you get it unrolled it pops up into shape relatively quickly and you can sort of abuse it a little to rough it up into shape quicker (as per the instructions). I got the chair in white to go with our smaller bean bag chairs the kids use in our playroom. I’m 6 feet tall and the chair is quite comfy but is also enjoyed by kids and cats of all sizes. The chair is very supportive for not having a frame. It’s actually pretty amazing how it puffs up on its own from being compressed and has such a distinctive and solid shape in the end.
