This tree has great fullness and quality. It was easy to setup while the branches took awhile to pull down and separate as with any artificial tree. My only two negatives would be the changing of the light color and star plugin. The speed of the light change and blinking starts at fast and continues to get faster with each level. It's like a rave in the house. The kids love it but my husband and I had hoped there would be a more subtle level. For the star plugin - it's not a standard plug. I believe it's referred to as a low voltage. We need to buy an adapted to plug it into our star. That specification would have been appreciated in the description to prepare. I ordered this tree early January. It was delivered the last week of February. When I called customer service to find out where the tree was I was told it had never been picked up from the warehouse for shipping. I was told I’d receive it in two days. Two day’s later I received a call saying it would be an additional week. When it arrived the box was very damaged but except for one plastic connector, the tree appears to be in good condition. An extra plastic connector had been tossed into the box so apparently it was known that the tree had a damaged part. Once the art is replaced it looks like it will be a good tree for next Christmas. We bought this tree to replace our 12 foot slim tree because the lights had started to go out in portions of the tree. This 10 foot tree was amazing! My husband put it together and plug in all the lights in 20 minutes! Not one curse word was said! :) (The old tree had it's share of cursing it was such a hassle!) The tree is beautiful. We had one friend drop by before we decorated it and they said, "It's so pretty you don't need to put any decorations on it!" We have loved our tree and it was so easy to put together and decorate!
