The bed itself is beautiful and it came out looking really nice. The delivery has much to be worked on. The boxes were extremely heavy and were left on the first level of my apartment complex. there was no options at checkout to have it delivered to Room of Choice. Then I scheduled Wayfair assembly and they went to the wrong house and left thinking I wasn't home. I had to call customer service to beg them to come back. The man who assembled it was nice and he did a good job with assembly. This item is working exactly as expected. The mattress is sitting on it. Feels sturdy. Rounded corners big plus. It took considerably longer to assemble than expected. One side rail had two bolt that screw into it and something was off with them. Took several tries and several people several attempts to get the bolts threaded.
