The new shipment did arrive with all the parts, but we also noticed some chipping and damage on the side. At that point, we decided to keep it because we were tired of going back and forth. it looks GORGEOUS in person!!!! Wish I was able to show a picture with the LED lights coming across the headboard but maybe later if im able too . They have NUMEROUS light changes … that can flash, pulse or remain solid.
