This came in 5 different boxes. It took a full day to assemble, it’s a lot of pieces, some pieces had to readjusted because the holes didn’t align, the instruction book came with links to assembly videos that kind of helped. But the steps in the book are not in order. The shelves and Murphy Bed parts work fine but our big complaint is that the sofa looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. The upholstery looks used and is 2 different shades of green, the cushions are super thin and it is very low to the floor. This would have been really great piece of furniture if the sofa had matched the pictures but we kept the piece and Wayfair offered a discount since it’s not as advertised. It looks great. But price is so high. Make sure you have brick wall in your house because it is very heavy also no instructions for drywall. This bed is awesome. It can be a little time consuming to put together. Getting the panels to align perfectly is a little challenging, but it is very well built and sturdy. We placed a nice thick memory foam mattress on this bed, and its very comfortable. It was able to allow us to make a combo OfficeGuest room. Its not photographed, but it does come with the couch also. We have the couch in another room right now. The bed is decent. Seems well built. My only problem is before it was even delivered the price went down $500 and Wayfair told me they would not make any adjustment. I thought it would be fair if they credited me something but they said I could return the item where I had to pay shipping and reorder it or nothing. Another issue is that the description says it is a queen-size bed, but the frame actually fits a full-size mattress (around 74 x 54 x 75). This was very disappointing. Overall, the design is nice and the structure is very solid and heavy. However, it must be anchored to the wall, otherwise it could tip over, so you need to be very careful with that. I was so skeptical about purchasing this bed because of the price point. It was a really good price.
