Love the Quaility and modular construction. Very easy to put together. Day 2 of delivery and still see a little sign of compression on back cushions but expect that to decompress with time. The microfiber material seen very good in Quaility. My only minor issue was a few springs on the pull out had fallen out and need to be reinstalled but nothing after that. I would recommend it. The sofa arrived in 2 boxes. It is shrink wrapped. So once assembled it takes 3 days to fully inflate properly. It is comfortable enough. I purchased a 3 inch topper to put on top when using it as a guest bed. I don’t think it would be comfortable enough without the topper. For the price point it’s adequate. No real complaints.. The seat part of the sofa is not hard but not soft. I would say medium to soft but this is understandable given it is a sofa bed and I am overall very impressed with its comfort. And I’m covering up the cupholders just because they’re a stainless metal and that looks a little bit not the vibe of that room. But basically I’m very happy with this. For the price, this is a really nice couch! I took a bit of a risk ordering it since there weren’t many reviews, but overall I’m happy with It is smaller than I expected, but it works perfectly for my tiny space. For reference, I’m 5’3” and when I lay across it, I don’t reach from end to end. One thing to note is that the cushions in the listing photos look much fuller and thicker than the ones I received. Mine are definitely thinner, but the couch is still comfortable! I’d recommend adding or replacing the throw pillows to make it a little cozier.
