I am pleased with this quilt set. I washed it before using, and was a little disappointed in some slight pilling on the quilt after removing it from the dryer. It is a good weight for year round use, and it matches my upholstered bed perfectly. The king sized quilt is a great size and has the perfect amount of hang down on the sides. Very happy with this quilt & sham set, it was just what I was looking for! It is replacing another madras patchwork quilt that the pups have damaged/ripped holes with their nails. I’m sure I won’t have the same problem with this quilt since the stitching pattern is closer together and the cotton printed plaids more durable than madras. The quality of this quilt is just ok. Not what I expected from the Nautica brand. I washed it before the first use following the wash instructions and I had to lint roll it when it came out of the dryer. The material created a lot of excess lint. It's ok an quilt for the price.
