I was looking for a larger size air fryer with dual baskets to cook different foods at the same time. This works great for two people but the baskets are still small to cook larger amounts of food. The best feature is the technology to cook different foods to finish at the same time and the ability to also bake or broil foods. I included a photo of our other smaller air fryer for comparison.. I have heard so many people talk about their Air Fryers that I had to have one: I ordered this because I have a small kitchen and there are only two of us in the household. Much of this unit is plastic, but it seems strong and well-made, and the aqua is beautiful. The first thing that I cooked was chicken: 4 drumsticks to be exact, which fit nicely. I rinsed and patted them dry, and then I hit them with a tiny bit of olive oil spray and seasoning: Twenty-five minutes on 400 and they were very good: Different than traditional fried chicken, but easy clean-up and a whole lot less calories and fat. There was a little bit of a funny smell the first time I used it, but I was expecting this and it went away quickly: I washed the basket and rack before use with warm soapy water before use and I wiped the rest of it down with a damp cloth and I think that's why the smell faded so fast..
