I've owned this pot since Sept. 2019 and it really is an "everything pan". It it used regularly for a variety of dishes and for reheating. I am happy with my purchase. Casserole set is a lovely light gray blue color. I kept looking for size and I would estimate these are between 3 and 4 quart. One seems slightly wider and shallower and other deeper. I have used to make baked meatballs and clean up was fairly easy as the pan was rinsed and left to soak for about 30 minutes and the spaghetti sauce wiped off. They’re fairly heavy duty. One spatula melted a little the first time I used it though. I think it was my bad though because I was pushing some scrambled eggs around the pan and the spatula was in contact with the pan for a bit too long. Oops. The whisk is nice and heavy, but the handle makes my hand cramp when using it for a while. It’s fairly thick so I think if it was a little thinner, that might help. I put a picture of a “regular” sized whisk handle for comparison. I needed non-metal utensils for my cookware so this fit the bill.
