I love this barrel! It's much more visually appealing than the converted 55 gal drums and looks great on my patio. But like my Momma said, looks aren't everything! It was also easy to assemble and all the necessary tools were provided (well, they give you the drill bit but you still need a small power drill). The directions are clear and easy to follow. You do want to be precise when setting up the diverter to prevent the water from overflowing or not flowing into the barrel at all. Also, take the time to clean your gutters before installing and consider mesh or gutter guards since this model does not have a screen at intake.
