I always read reviews before I buy, and the 15 Five Star reviews told me everything I need to know about this rug. Like many people, I am now working from home and will do so for the long run, so we are fixing up this study, and purchased this rug and now await a desk to put on top. The quality is very high, it has a distressed look, but not that fake distressed look. This rug looked great with my olive colored walls and white wainscoting. No odor. It does have a modest off-white fringe on the end. Photographed with natural light, this rug has colors that will fit with any decor.
