Looks great. Works great. Easy to assemble - two pieces. Heavy lift. Love it for these reasons. But I cannot fall asleep in it. I’m 5’6”. My wife is 5’2”. She doesn’t love it. The armchair is spectacular it looks elegant in the room and is very comfortable for nursing your baby. Personally, I loved it. However, I did have an issue the delivery wasnt the best. The box arrived heavily damaged—to the point where the back of the right armrest was affected—and there was a hole in it, which was disappointing. When I reported this, customer service processed my claim immediately. The manufacturer is in contact with me to reach the best resolution so far, they’ve offered a 15 refund, but I dont consider that fair since I paid the full price for the chair. I’ll update my review later to let you know what the final resolution is. Beautiful recliner. I love the look and the glow from the nightlight underneath is perfect for middle of the night feedings. The power recline is great. It is not the more ergonomic especially is you are on the more petite side, it’s hard for me to be all the way with my back against the back and to be able to use my feet to rock as I am lifted too high. The chair is comfortable and silent as advertised. So easy to put together. Unfortunately the packing was not strongsturdy enough for the weight of the chair and it arrived damaged with the box destroyed. The arm pulled away from the base. It’s a heavy piece and there was no reinforcement of the box. Thankfully it looks fixable and we have the tools and skills to fix it. Do to the destruction of the box and heft of the chair we do not want to deal with a return. We also received this item for free for our honest review. Minus a star for not packing in a sturdy box..
