Here's a mixed review: we had ordered another backrest in "burgundy" and the wrong color arrived TWICE! We received "cherry red" due to the wrong SKU on the vendor's part, which did not fit in our bedroom decor (it stuck out like a sore thumb and I gave it 1 star at the time). It turned out that the color we wanted was not available for months. Your very helpful CSR (I'd post his name but not sure that's appropriate) was monitoring the situation and eventually able to send a 3rd backrest in the right color and size (see photos attached) which made my wife and dog happy. However, this whole process took months from initial order to finally receiving the one we like -- but the one we received is the "Husband Pillow" not the Milliner we expected despite all the confirmation. I really like this pillow. However, after the first day one of the straps that holds the headrest on broke off. The straps weren’t really attached to the headrest very well. Other than that, the pillow is GREAT quality. It’s a firm pillow and gives nice support. The largest size is really big, I think the medium or small size would’ve been more practical for what I wanted (reading in bed) but I’m still glad that I got it.. Ashley.
