The branches held up well under some very heavy ornaments. What I loved most about it is that it was airy and had space between the branches, so ornaments were numerous and visible, yet it was lush and not the least bit sparse. I am so glad we didn’t buy from that company that starts airing its commercials in September for their overpriced and mostly white-lit trees - that’s where my husband wanted to purchase a tree. Love the tree. Looks beautiful. Putting the tree together was easy. Trying to figure out the plugs for the lights to work together needs improvement. By the time I hooked all the lights together I had scratches all over my arms & broke out with rashes where I had been scratched up. My tree also( a guess due to the height) had to be plug into the wall receptacle with two different plugs and you can’t plug one plug into the back of the other plug to save room on the wall receptacle. The plugs need to be longer and it would be nice if there was a switch to shut the lights off without having to unplug both plugs from the wall. Other than those improvements needed. love the layered look that allows you to hang large and long ornaments between the layers and they can dangle freely. Branches are sturdy and do not droop from a heavy ornament. I gave it only four stars because it does not have a “twinkle” mode. Lights on lights off. Only two modes, lights on or lights off. Come on you should have a twinkling mode at this price.
