I live the range hood. The baffle filters are a big plus! It was delivered with a tiny dent right in front , but I’ll live with it. Also it came with a plug, when the listing did not mention that. Definitely an upgrade in form and function for my kitchen. The instructions for this product are terrible and resulted in us having a mysterious extra part which is sort of scary. It looks great over the stove, yet the installation was a doozy! This hood has a plug and the old one was hard-wired in 2008 in a house that was built in 1959. The electrician had to become a carpenter and install a plug in the upper cabinet to plug it in.
