It's smaller than expected and more firm than I'd like but well made! Perfect size for me, 5'4", but my husband who is 6'4" is comical in it! It seems well made so far. It rocks and swivels very smoothly. Reclines well though the foot rest is very hard to put back down. The material feels very durable, not plush or soft by any means, and I think it will be easy to clean. Overall content with the purchase, not thrilled. I wish it was bigger for the price.. Anonymous. EDIT-A new chair is being shipped. Customer service was very responsive! I will update this when it arrives. I like this chair, it's beautiful. I wanted to love it. I have the couch coming in a few days. Disappointed because the structural and aesthetic flaws. It's over priced considering these defects. Pros -Beautiful and Modern. -The leather is soft and uniform color. - Motors are noisy but the movement is smooth. -Firm with good lumbar support when reclined. Cons -The leather is indented from transit (?). I am hoping this will smooth out, but looks like it is permanently stretched/warped on one side. -It creaks/groans when you sit down and/or put any weight/lean into the arm rests. I am 5'0'' so not a huge person. Perhaps it was damage/dropped when shipped on that right arm, but the arms do not seem securely attached when you shift weight.
