I’m really excited about my new massaging recliner. The motor is a lil loud but bearable. When it first arrived I had a problem lining the holes up on the bottom to put the screws into, so Wayfair sent a technician out to properly tighten the screws into alignment. I’m a 71 year old senior so I really appreciate the fact that Wayfair made sure my chair was properly installed and safe. I love my my new chair it’s very comfortable and I love the forward lift to help me stand due to my mobility issues. Thanks Wayfair.. Anonymous. Sun Sep 20 2026

Mostly this is a great piece of furniture. The drawback are the manufacturers assembly instruction for the recliner are not properly detailed. Pictures are vague and incorrect, instructions are insufficient. One difficulty I have found involves the arms, they are not attached. To attach them you have two double ended bolts for each arm. Screw the bolts into the arm put the arm into the slots on the chair. Then, somehow, you need hands and arms thin enough and long enough to secure the arms with plastic knobs. My arms do not fit, I am not super buff and I am 6' tall so my hands can reach but space is limited. The position makes it very difficult to see the end of the bolt and secure the arm. I have given up trying for now. Hire the assembly option. Unless there is a unwritten trick to this, I am having trouble seeing how it is done without strain and annoyance.. Keith. Milwaukee, WI. My honest review of the chair. The leather is very nice. Everyone who has seen it in person all commented on how nice they thought it looked and found it comfortable. I am a big fan of the leather. As for comfort the chair is on the harder side but still comfortable for long viewing sessions. The arm rests aren’t the most comfortable and could be softer. The zero gravity while watching tv or playing games is very comfortable and can give you the perfect viewing angle. I do not recommend this chair if you are over 5 foot 9. I am 6 feet and it is too small for me but still very comfortable. My legs stick way over the end but it is fine. Overall the chair is very high quality just a bit on the smaller side. In addition the chair was damaged in shipment but the manufacturer was very responsive and worked with me to fix it. This is not a paid review. I think many people will love this chair for home theatre or just sitting in. Just don’t expect a plush and super soft chair. Love the built in table too. And the entire back of the chair adjusts which is a nice feature. Overall a nice product and very good quality leather.. Matthew. Austin Texas. Tue Sep 29 2026

Just bought this incredibly well made leather chair. I put it in my brothers living room over looking the Neuse River. He comes home from ICU after a prostrate removal. FEDEX dropped the box on the porch. One 62yr old woman (me) opened the box, got the pieces inside and put it together alone. Just follow the clear instructions. It’s a nice quality, very comfortable, well made recliner. Has good lumbar support, a seating surface that is perfect - soft enough to be comfy but firm under that for excellent support. Headrest is not so high as to tip your head forward - hits perfectly behind the head. I can totally see myself falling asleep in this chair. Excellent purchase.. Kathy P. Ramer, TN. Sat Jun 13 2026
