Really like this chair. The material is very soft and feels nicely made. It is also wide and padded. What I struggle with is the arm rests. The chair and ottoman are and look very nice. It only took 3 days for delivery, which was nice. It was fairly easy to put together, took about 30-40 minutes. The color is more almond/cream in color than the advertised ivory. The chair sits much lower to the floor than I thought it would. Much lower than our previous recliner chair - so be aware. When I purchased this chair and ottoman it was on sale, a very good price for this product. After receiving the chair and ottoman, I now wish I had purchased two. This chair is SO comfortable! The Material is an amazing quality, and is such a smooth soft faux leather. The padding and cushioning of the chair is just right for sitting many hours at a time comfortably. My favorite feature is the width of the chair seat. I like to sit with my legs crossed and there is plenty of room for this. The chair rolls and turns very smooth. The electric recline is a really nice touch if you need to kick your feet and and relax for a bit. I do wish the foot rest would raise on its own, but in order to pull the foot rest up, you also have to recline that back, so that is the only thing I would change about this chairs design. The chair has a battery pack so you do not need to keep it plugged in to use the electronic recline feature. The chairs appearance is exactly like the photos. It’s beautiful and elegant. Keep in mind - The only purpose for this chair would be for a massage. You can’t really use it as a chair to sit in and watch TV because it’s very firm and pretty uncomfortable if you’re not using it for a massage. The heat function isn’t that great. As far as the massage goes, it’s very nice. If you like a deep massage be prepared to be sore the next day because the intensity is pretty high. As a medium build woman this is a perfect massage chair, but I can’t imagine a muscular man being comfortable because my shoulder blades touch the side wings of the chair, which is where design doesn’t meet comfort. I haven’t used the speaker system so I can’t comment on that. If I was going to review the shipping on this chair, it would be zero stars because when I ordered it, it took over a month and a half to ship when on the website I was told id get it that weekend!. This is quite the office chair! It arrived in two boxes and it was pretty quick and easy to put together. The leather like material feels soft and smooth and thick. I do like the beige color. It's pretty in my modern light colored home office. The chair itself is very comfortable. I'm a taller woman and the headrest and footrest work really well for me. The chair seat itself is large and I can even sit on the chair cross legged if I want to. The biggest downside for me and the reason I took one star away is that the arm rests aren't adjustable. They are comfortable when reclined but when sitting straight up, they're way too short for comfort. I find myself leaning on one side or the other to reach the armrest and it really messes with the ergonomics of the chair. As you rotate a bit in the chair and your feet move from the center of the stool, the stool becomes out of balanced and can tip. I purchased this executive ergonomic chair from Wayfair after reading reviews that highlighted its comfort and size, and I’m glad I did. I had been searching for a high-quality office chair that could handle long work-from-home days—up to 10 hours at a time—and this one really delivers. The chair is very spacious, supportive, and comfortable, exactly as described by other buyers. It feels sturdy and well-built, like it will hold up well over time. Assembly was mostly straightforward, and I was able to put it together by myself in about an hour. The only challenge I ran into was with the armrests—the included hex wrench made it a bit difficult to reach tighter spaces. A longer, screwdriver-style hex tool would make that part much easier. I chose not to install the footrest since I already use a separate one, but everything else came together smoothly. All of the features work perfectly, including the height adjustment and reclining lock mechanism, which is a great touch for comfort during long work sessions.
