We love this couch! It's perfect for our small space. We are lucky we found it! It was easy to assemble too! We LOVE the extra storage space and the recliner! I haven't seen any other couches this high quality that offers as many awesome features at such a great price. My only "complaint" is that I wish the seat depth was deeper. Because the couch is on the firmer side, it makes it a little less comfortable if you're sitting in the middle of the couch. In my opinion, you can't really sit back and relax comfortably in the middle (or on the recliner side if it's not reclined). The chaise side and the recliner side will probably be the only sides my husband and I will ever want to sit on because of that. If it weren't for the seat depth, I would give it 5 stars hands down!. I like it, I just wish it was more detail when ordering left facing and righ facing. I wanted the chase to be on the left side so I ordered left facing. When I got it, it was on the right. Not really happy about it, but I'm making it work. The cushions are really puffy right now, but once it's been sat on a few times they should be really comfy. Well made super comfortable queen size sleeper sofa! I’m a 66 year old woman with a history of back problems, I managed to assemble this myself with minimal trouble... it’s a lot heavier than some of the reviews had led me to believe, but I got the job done in less and than an hour (including unboxing sliding it down the hall into the spare room using felt wood floor sliders) The back folds down flat easily without having to pull out the couch more than a few inches from the wall, and the only minor “con” I can think of I wish there was a mid-reclining option between the single one provided and the uprightflat position it’s a wee bit TOO inclined for my taste, but nothing a few throw pillows can’t remedy. Big plus I have long legs like the deep seat cushions on the couch, and the pop up trundle makes a fantastic lounger! ) The queen mattress is REALLY FIRM, so I bought a thick fluffy mattress cover to cushion it a bit for guests one side is cotton for summer, and the other is faux-wool plush for winter, which should make this the world’s most comfortable guest bed - EVER! The photos show the space behind the sofa in the reclining upright positions (the one with my little dog, Fergie, is of the sofa in the reclining position) The space in back of the sofa isn’t noticeable from the front, and actually leaves room for curtains to hang nicely. Finally, to add a cozy touch ( keep off pet hairs), I threw on an easy-to-wash cotton bedspread — there are so many different looksoptions for this wonderful sofa bed.... Nice sofa! I needed seating larger than a love seat but smaller than a large sofa for a bedroom I turned into a den. This fit the bill. I was able to get all the pieces upstairs and through the 27" doorway. FedEx delivered and needed a dolly so I suggest being home when it is delivered. The seating is sturdy, but I am concerned about the back of the of the sofa holding up. Definitely do not plop down on this sofa. My measurement shows the sofa is a little short of the 73" width advertised, but it still works and I am able to curl up and take a nap. I am 5' 7". Two people can sit comfortably. I was able to assemble alone in about 30-40 mintues. I suggest adding a little polyfill to cushion corners and steam to remove wrinkles. This is a beautiful couch and looks absolutely perfect in our small apartment. The couch arrived in a very large box in front of my door on the third floor of an apartment building! I was worried it would only be curbside delivery and I’d have to find a way to get a 100 lbs. box up three floors myself. So a huge shoutout and thank you to FedEx on that end. Assembly took about 30-45mins only because my roommate and I had trouble aligning the holes to screw the back sides in as it did not fit perfectly without forcing it to align, but it was not that big of an issue. Since we had to stuff the cushions ourselves we are happy that we will be able to easily clean the covers by throwing them in the washer. However I did order the “light gray” color and the couch looks more faded tancream colored. This could be because of our cream colored walls and the light coming through. But I do not mind it because it looks even more perfect. The cushions are very firm but yet comfy. The back cushions are very fluffy and feel like they push us off the couch sometimes but we still have yet to break it in. Same as if you sit in the middle of the couch you feel like you are leaning forward or falling off but we just have to sit closer to the arm rests and in the middle of the cushion itself and it is very comfortable. Picked this loveseat to fit a small corner in living room. It shipped fast and was easy to assemble. Takes cushions several days to fully puff after vacuum seal. Back cushions do not Velcro to back (bottom cushions do Velcro to bottom), so they stick out farther than they should and flop over, though this may decrease as they flatten. I was a little disappointed with the “reversible” cushions. Not sure how they are reversible when the backs have Velcro and plain black material. The only thing that can be reversed are swapping the seat cushion from one side to the other. If you want to flip over your cushions these won’t be for you.. Carol.
