I have installed it in my yard yet, but I like the heft of the pole and support and the ability to place the stake far enough into the ground to allow mowing over it. I don’t know how well the plastic/red cover will last. I will probably use something like an upside-down tuna can to cover it during the winter. I also appreciate the ability to change the height of the clothesline making it accessible for a variety of people and conditions. I will take the pole off and store it in the garage when not in use.
