I sent a wayfair customer service rep the exact (wayfair) bed frame I have and asked if they sell replacement screws etc. she sent me this product and told me word for word that “it will work with your bed set.” After delayed shipping for 2 days it finally arrives only to find out it is literally unusable with my (once again) wayfair bed.
