Since there is just my wife and I and occasionally 2 of our friends may visit the size is perfect. And because the ground it will sit on is not level only a 3-leg table will work. So it is perfect. I used to draw installation drawings for assembling products for my company. Your drawing looks like whoever drew it never put a table together.
