I am very impressed with the shed and like the size, sturdiness, and ability to withstand 65 mile an hour winds and rain. I am a 70 year old female, retired sales manager, and assembled this myself in less than 90 minutes! Took awhile to get carton opened and lay out all of the parts. We decided on this particular storage shed because it fit the size we were wanting and it looked very nice. Wow, this thing was easy peasy to put together. After reading many reviews of other units and the difficulty that others had, I was anticipating the same problems. Not so with this unit. They really thought this thing out and made it pretty simple. It took my husband and I about 5 hours to put together. My husband built a foundation for the shed out of 2x4's and plywood, and it worked out perfectly. I would highly recommend this shed if you are in the market for one. It seems very sturdy and waterproof, and easy to put together. It's pretty adorable as well. My grandson who's 7, just loves it! I suppose he feels like it's a little playhouse.. Heidi . Utah.
