This would be a five star review. However, there was a few problems along the way. The first problem was miss written, communication regarding shipping upon purchasing this item. I did report it to Fairway. They apologized, but the item continue to display unrealistic shipping dates for this appliance that typically take about 10 business days or more to arrive. This was really disappointing because I ordered this item about 7 days before Christmas thinking I was going to have it in time to make Christmas dinner. since  my old appliance stopped working. Although the delivery was friendly, they almost brought the wrong product to my apartment. Once I set up my new stove I got my thermometer and placed it in the oven to test the temperatures. apparently when the oven is set to 350° my thermometer is reading 300° when I set the oven to 400° my thermometer read 350°, so my oven is off by -50°, I will be reaching out to Fairway and see how we could resolve this issue. Overall, the appliance in my opinion is beautiful, especially for a 20 inch stove, which is quite limited in manufacturers, but living in my small NYC apartment my space could only fit a 20 inch stove.   in the description of this item, it is listed as a convection oven. after reviewing the manual the 20 inch does not have that ability only the 24 inch. .
