i love how my new stool looks and how easy it was to assemble. i have not spent any real time using it yet, so can’t attest to its comfort. it seems very sturdy and i’m guessing it will last a long time - IF the upholstery does not fail; there seems to be a weak spot along the bottom edge of the seat back, where the vinyl is stapled on. only time will tell! . The chair fits my kitchen counter. I like the back on it and that it swivels. It was easy to put together right out of the box. Reason for 4 stars-the seat has the seam at the front, I would think it should be at the back. In order to do so you would have to remove the seat back and drill a new hole.
