Unfortunately, it didnt serve the purpose of letting my mom reach the items in the high-up kitchen cabinets, since the pull-down bar sits just above the cabinet floor (if you mount it to the cabinet base). It definitely cant be overflowing or overloaded since its moving up and down. Theres not much to be done with that, although I probably would have liked the back wall of the shelves to go up higher. While somewhat overpriced (it is just pegs and a piece of wood with holes after all!), I am really pleased with this purchase. The pegs are more substantial than I expected. You have to be prepared to cut the board to size with a table saw (or skill saw/jig saw) to properly fit the drawer. I lucked out by getting this for less money after it had been returned - I suspect for that reason. While there are a lot of pegs included, I would have liked to have been able to purchase extra pegs, but regardless I would definitely purchase this drawer organizer again. I was originally going to create a DIY organizer, but it would not have been the same - this peg board is quite thick and the pegs are nicely tapered at the bottom.. Tracy.
