Cutting can be done with a skilled saw, angle grinder, jigsaw, etc. To fabricate you can use a Dremel tool, miter, etc. We suggest using Locktite PowerGrab Ultimate adhesive or Boss 125 adhesive to adhere panels to the walls but compatibility to the other substrates might need testing. We suggest using 100% clear silicone to glue the trim to the panels. We suggest applying the adhesive to the panel, applying circle blobs of caulking about 6”-8” apart throughout the sheet. We also suggest applying 100% silicone, about a ¼” continuous bead around the panel's outside edges to ensure a good edge seal and prevent moisture or debris from getting behind the panel.

The back panel comes in on piece that is huge. Packaging is as heavy as the panels themselves and you will need more than one person to handle the package. You can probably handle the panels themselves on your own. Panels can be trimmed to any height or width. To state the obvious - as the panel is actually exactly 60" wide - if you have a 60" wide shower pan with cement boards on each side, you will have to trim the rear panel width (unless you leave a gap and slide it behind the side cement boards.)
