This is an absolutely great sectional. It was so easy to assemble. The instructions were easy to follow and I did it alone and took less than an hour. The material is nice and appears it will be very durable. The color is a soft gray and really opens my room. This couch is super comfy!! Our lil family of 3 loves it. Perfect for binge watching tv and naps. We had the full service delivery and unfortunately the sofa assembly was a big disappointment. The delivery crew assembled our sofa so fast that they literally forgot to install 1 of the legs underneath the chaise part of the sectional. Claiming missing parts with Wayfair is extremely annoying and they need to improve their process. Getting in contact with Wayfair customer service via app chat, text message, and phone calls was a daily struggle. The first time I called, customer service put me on hold for 30 mins and then hung up on me. Both chat and text options didn’t understand my issue and had me going in circles with different customer service representatives. I really wished that picking up missing parts at their local warehouse was an option! We just wanted to enjoy our sofa right away but couldn’t… We were literally missing a leg under our chaise for an entire month and had to stack books underneath to support the unbalanced weight. In the end, Wayfair had to send me a whole new sofa because they can’t just ship a leg by itself. The delivery crew just opened the box and took the leg out to install it on our existing sofa. We also got some credit back for the inconvenience. Overall for our very first Wayfair purchase, this was a bad first impression but we didn’t let this mistake stop us from buying more home goods from their site. This is a very beautiful sofa. The faux leather is high quality. It is soft to the touch and it is hard to distinguish from genuine leather. Wonderful, warm caramel color. The sofa comes all packed in one box which is convenient. The inserts for the cushions are vacuum sealed so that is how everything fits in a single container. The cushions fluff up very quickly upon opening and it wasn’t difficult to get them into the zippered cases. It does require two people for assembly. Support is firm yet comfy. This ottoman is large and the perfect size for our sectional sofa of the same material. The items were ordered at seperate times so I was nervous about the color/material matching as they were sold by different sellers, but the material and color was an exact match. It arrives in a rolled package inside a box, is easy to open and expands to full size immediately upon cutting the inner plastic sleeve. I absolutely love the couch! It arrived in four boxes and was simple to put together. One of the pillows had a flaw, but Wayfair offered a discount because of it.
