I am so happy with the final results of this sofa. The assembly was not difficult, only 9 screws and the other pieces slid into each other with brackets. One piece of advise, the pillows and back cushions are very flat and they do not fluff up on their own. We unzipped them and manually fluffed them up and it made a huge difference. This is a very beautiful sofa. The faux leather is high quality. It is soft to the touch and it is hard to distinguish from genuine leather. Wonderful, warm caramel color. The sofa comes all packed in one box which is convenient. The inserts for the cushions are vacuum sealed so that is how everything fits in a single container. The cushions fluff up very quickly upon opening and it wasn’t difficult to get them into the zippered cases. It does require two people for assembly. Support is firm yet comfy. This couch is super comfy!! Our lil family of 3 loves it. Perfect for binge watching tv and naps. We had the full service delivery and unfortunately the sofa assembly was a big disappointment. The delivery crew assembled our sofa so fast that they literally forgot to install 1 of the legs underneath the chaise part of the sectional. Claiming missing parts with Wayfair is extremely annoying and they need to improve their process. Getting in contact with Wayfair customer service via app chat, text message, and phone calls was a daily struggle. The first time I called, customer service put me on hold for 30 mins and then hung up on me. Both chat and text options didn’t understand my issue and had me going in circles with different customer service representatives. I really wished that picking up missing parts at their local warehouse was an option! We just wanted to enjoy our sofa right away but couldn’t… We were literally missing a leg under our chaise for an entire month and had to stack books underneath to support the unbalanced weight. In the end, Wayfair had to send me a whole new sofa because they can’t just ship a leg by itself. The delivery crew just opened the box and took the leg out to install it on our existing sofa. We also got some credit back for the inconvenience. Overall for our very first Wayfair purchase, this was a bad first impression but we didn’t let this mistake stop us from buying more home goods from their site. I love it! The fabric is incredibly soft on the skin, and there is so much space to lounge out on it. The blue color is also beautiful.
