Save your back and counter space with a Soft-close appliance lift. This hardware provides mechanical assistance for heavy appliances such as a stand mixer. The lift attaches to the interior of the cabinet and attaches to a shelf (not provided). The shelf can be custom-sized to fit any cabinet from a 12" minimum to a 24" maximum. Soft-close dampers ensure slow and smooth closure into the cabinet. Lift locks into place when fully extended. Three spring settings for up to 45 lb weight rating. Can be used in either face frame or frameless cabinetry.

Absolutely best thing I have put in my kitchen. Wife is happy now that she no longer has to move her heavy KitchenAide mixer around when she wants to use it and it is off the counter which helps the appearance. When she uses it she just has to reach down and lift it out with 2 fingers and when she is done she pulls the handle and pushes down slightly and then it takes over and slowly lowers back into the cabinet like magic. Bought four of them for our master bathroom vanity since they are narrow cabinets with obstructive plumbing and these were perfect! They totally navigate the pipes and are a much better use of the cabinet space compared to just throwing everything in there and hoping it all fits properly. There was truly no other off-the- shelf storage solution that worked for this tight space. Installation was very easy although the paper template didn't exactly line up with all the slider frames so use the frame itself as the template and mark the holes accordingly for more accurate hole locations and ease of installation.
