I had a little hiccup installing the connector rods. Instructions said to install all 12 in the top section, however, I was having alignment issues. I am writing the review as if there had not been damage. The reason I am giving four stars instead of five is that the frame’s wood is quite a soft pine— not as sturdy as one would want it to be, shipping damage or not.
