This sofa arrived today and it's what I expected however there is a dent in the arm and it is caused by how the arm of the chair is packed inside the box on the bottom of the sofa. On the bottom of the sofa there is a bar and the arm is pressed against it in the packaging. Missing 1 star as I would like the temp to go up to 165. Purchased the netted inserts and recommend you do same for easy clean up and good air flow. Worked wonderful.
