This product is very high quality. The material is sturdy and it is not flimsy at all. It was very easy to install. This is the BOMB!!! Now, I will start by saying it is in no way easy to install and required us to add a piece of wood for support, work on very specific positioning, etc. However, after about four hours of work, this was finally set-up and works like a dream. Doesn't sag under weight, glides smoothly, has a high enough lip that the nothing falls off the edge, pulls out really well. One caution, and this is not at all reflective of the organizer, my organizer doesn't fully glide to the right because it hits my oven. It extends about 90%, so just be aware of your clearance. I have a 20 year old, but still in style, KraftMaid pantry that needed updating. Items were getting lost to the back of the 23 inch deep x 36 inch wide cabinet shelves. I purchased this system to retrofit the cabinet. With a little ingenuity and about 10 to 12 hours, I have a new organization system that fits all my baking needs, and items are easy to find. I ripped the original cabinet shelves to provide multiple 10 x 36 inch shelves across the cabinet back, installed an upright to hold the swing out shelves, and attached the other shelves to the cabinet doors. The only things I might change are to make the shelves that attach to the doors 6" deep rather than 4", as the 4" limits what you can keep on the doors and change how those shelves attach to the doors. I was fighting to place the middle anchor screws given the location of my cabinet hardware and the adjustment bolts infringe on the already narrow shelf space.. Kirsten.
